“Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.”

– Buddha

What if a simple shift in perspective moment by moment – especially in those moments that are tough or frightening, or discouraging – could make all the difference? What if it could give your life back to you, in all its fullness and beauty? The great news is that it CAN!

Free Range Psychiatry is offering its first 12-week Group Seminar on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). MBCT is a program specifically designed to help you deal with persistent unwanted mood states. It combines the ideas of cognitive therapy with meditative practices and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness.

The 12-week seminar is offered to all Free Range Psychiatry patients and will be completely via online video. If you are not currently a patient, you can join by booking an initial psychiatric evaluation with Dr. Campbell. Information is available at: www.FreeRangePsych.com. The seminar will be based on a workbook approach. The required book is “The Mindful Way Workbook: An 8-Week Program to Free Yourself from Depression and Emotional Distress” available to purchase on Amazon.com.
